Material: We use only real Virgin Wool that is taken from the first shearing, this means you are getting wool that has never been woven or processed before and is not treated with any chemicals whatsoever. We use wool batting for an overall even long lasting feel.
Made using sustainable Wool from Happy Sheep that are raised on rotating pastures to prevent erosion and overgrazing and their beautiful wool is never treated with chemicals or flame retardants.

Care: Sorry, due to using natural, unprocessed fibers, this pillow cannot be washed or submerged in water, it will ruin the consistency of the pillow :(. Please, spot clean only. To bring life and loft back to your pillow, you can put the pillow in the dryer on a fluff or air only setting or if weather permits, you can put your pillow out in the sun for a couple of hours as sun is earth's natural sanitizer.

What is important to know is I Sleep Simple uses only natural and organic ingredients in the production process and there are never any fragrances, chemicals or dyes added to fibers and materials.

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Depending on the time of year and size of the order, these numbers can vary up to a week. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping from Brooklyn, New York depending on your location. Upon shipment, you will receive automated tracking information.
