The body pillow is very nice. I took some kapok out to make it right for me. I love that it's made of natural materials in the United States. The shop owner was very prompt contacting me back.

I was very impressed with the filling-- it really is something you have to feel. It's somehow soft and firm at the same time. It does have a scent, but the scent didn't bother me. I bought this for sleeping, I'm usually a stomach sleeper, and that's very unhealthy, so I've been trying to use this to convert to side sleeping. It's very comfortable. If I have one complaint, it may be a little too plush and full, but the case has a zipper built in, so unlike some other pillows that are "sealed" you seem to be able to adjust the fill to your liking. And of course I love not being guilty because this is a natural product! And and it's made in the USA! I would definitely recommend this product.

This pillow is thicker than I expected, and very firm. I sleep so much better on it than I did with my other synthetic semi firm pillow. Even though I used cotton pillowcases, the pillow filling and encasing still matters. I sleep much better and deeper with this pillow. In the future I'll probably want to get one that's not as big. I'm so used to crappy store pillows that was surprised as to how much filling this one had, how firm, and how pillows should be made. This has got to be one of the firmest pillows I've ever laid on. Definitely preparing me to sleep on a rock out in the wilderness when i go on a open air camping excursion! Well worth spending the 95 dollars or so that it cost.

My Kapok pillow is the best pillow I have ever owned. It's instant fluff as soon as I lay my head. But still has enough slight firmness for support. I like that the pillow is fully stuffed, so I can adjust to my own comfort. I have already been recommending this pillow to my friends.

I now have about 4 of these wonderful travel pillows. They are a PERFECT density ~ unlike any other pillow I have tried. I use them as sleep pillows, under my knees when I sleep (because of a tricky back); and also for some of my regular and PT exercises. I've had some of these pillows for a few years now, and even though you can take out the kapok to fluff them up again, I've never needed to. They seem to stay at that perfect firmness ...!

Pillow came in perfect condition and on time. I used it the day it arrived. It was absolutely packed with filling (removable) in a well constructed case, making it firm enough for me and able to support my head and neck all night. Woke up without any soreness or stiffness for the first time in years without having to compromise and go with feather down!

This pillow is a great alternative to down/feather pillows. It was stuffed too full for my liking but, because of the zipper closure, I was able to remove some of the stuffing until I got the perfect thickness for me. I was able to make another pillow out of the stuffing I removed!

These pillows are everything I expected them to be, very soft and cool. My only comment would be that they do arrive smelling sort if strongly, not a bad smell really sort of a vinegar-ish smell? But I expect it will fade once I air them out. Other than that very pleased, would purchase again.

The more I use these kapok pillows from SleepSimple, the more I like them ...! I can remember just how wrong every other pillow I've had before these have been. I don't know if these are spectacular pillows in general (for size, comfort, density, softness) or WHAT, but they seem to be just PERFECT for me in every category. (AND I have much less neck and shoulder pain now, which is a whole additional plus ...!)

Great little pillow ... just right for under knees when sleeping (i have a bad back), or behind my back when I'm reading. It's has just the right combination of firmness and "give" ...!

I’ve been using the travel pillow while in South India for about a month now and it’s great. Cooler than down, latex, or synthetic, the kapok is comfortable and it fluffs easily. It has a nice zippered closure which allows easy access to the filling if needed. A very good price for the quality, thank you Sleep Simple. Note: shipping can take some time, so beware to plan for this when ordering.

I’ve had my kapok pillow for about 6 weeks. I got it after polyester pillows started making me itch. The kapok pillow comes stuffed full. It is hard to fit it into my standard cases, but it goes in with some shoving. It feels soft when squeezing it between my handsand initially when I flop my head on it, but the kapok is not springy. It’s pretty dense. After a week or so it felt less firm (in a good way.) it is not clumpy, doesn’t smell weird, and can be fluffed up. Best of all, it doesn’t make me itch. I ordered two more.

This is the perfect pillow! I have three of SleepSimple's wool-filled bed pillows & love them but this one is even better & I didn't think that was possible. It is very soft but somehow substantial . . . you can punch your fists on each side of this pillow at once & they do not meet in the middle, you cannot feel your fists, if this makes sense. It never needs fluffing or flipping in the middle of the night, is very supportive of neck & head. Best pillow I've ever slept on. I am a side & back sleeper & it is perfect. Thank you SleepSimple!!
