Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Returned within 30 days of receipt.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Refund

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Mattress Returns: Mattress returns are covered under our Mattress Guarantee policy. Please review this policy for detailed eligibility and return steps.
Refund Process
- Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds. If you prefer, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund to avoid this fee.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, please take pictures or videos of the packaging and item immediately upon receipt. Do not open the box if the packaging is visibly damaged. Contact us right away at info@isleepsimple.com, and we will review the issue and arrange for a solution.
Store Credit
- If you prefer, we offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit is issued as a coupon code, valid for one year.
- Store credit cannot be combined with other promotions.
