Hi, I’m Lily, founder of I Sleep Simple. My journey began with a passion for simplicity and sustainability, shaped by my own experiences as an immigrant from the USSR. My family and I came to the U.S. when I was just 5, seeking new opportunities and a better life. It wasn’t long before I discovered the power of natural, organic products—something I had always believed in, even as a young child.

Before starting I Sleep Simple, I worked as a real estate broker, helping people find their dream homes. However, it wasn’t until I joined White Lotus Home, where I learned about the impact of high-quality, sustainable materials, that my true passion for creating a better sleep environment was ignited. I also admired the company's integrity and honesty, which deeply influenced my own approach. I decided to create I Sleep Simple—a bedding line that reflects my values of simplicity, sustainability, craftsmanship, and honesty. My entrepreneurial spirit drove me to turn this vision into reality, building a brand that prioritizes comfort and quality with every product.
