How do I cancel my order with I Sleep Simple?
All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment, at which time we will issue a credit of the full purchase price. Your store credit will be valid for one year following the original purchase date and cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions. Should you prefer a refund, we offer penalty-free cancellations within 48-hours of placing your order.

What items are eligible for Returns & Exchanges?
- Product Must be unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging
- Returned within 30 days of receipt
All returned items must pass a manufacturing inspection before an exchange or refund can be processed, as we cannot accept returns of used bedding. I Sleep Simple has the option to refuse any return or exchange.
Can I return my I Sleep Simple product?
Yes, if the product(s) meets the above criteria for an eligible return, it can be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
How will the product reach you for a return or exchange?
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to I Sleep Simple. If you would like to begin a return or exchange, please email info@Isleepsimple.com to initiate the return process.
How will I receive my refund or Store credit following a return, exchange, or cancellation?
All refunds will be issued by the method they were received. For orders placed by credit card or PayPal, please allow 3-5 business days for funds to return to your account, as processing time may vary by financial institution.
If you opt to receive a Store Credit for the full purchase price, a user-specific coupon code will be created for your use online and sent to you via email. Please note that all store credits expire within one year from the date of issue and unless otherwise specified, cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions.
