Canceling Your Order ✨

  • Within 48 Hours: Cancel for a full refund. 💸
  • After 48 Hours: Cancel for a full store credit, valid for one year (no refunds). 🛍️

Items Not Eligible for Return 🚫

  • Used or Opened Bedding: For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of used, opened, washed, or damaged bedding.
  • Custom Orders & Clearance Items: These are final sale.
  • Wholesale Fibers: Non-returnable.

Eligible Returns ✅

We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of receipt. 📦
  • All returns are inspected for quality; used items cannot be accepted.
  • Mattress Returns: Mattress returns fall under our Mattress Guarantee policy. Please review it for detailed information on eligibility and the return process. 🛏️

Damages and Issues ⚠️

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the packaging looks damaged or pierced, do not open the box until we can review the issue. Take pictures and videos of the damaged packaging and contact us right away. If we determine the item(s) inside is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will evaluate the issue and provide a solution. In some cases, we may need to set up a return-to-sender process with the shipping company.

Refunds or Store Credit 💵

  • Refunds: Processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Store Credit: Issued as a coupon code, valid for one year. Store credit cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to refunds. To avoid this fee, opt for store credit instead! 🌟
