CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Most orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours by contacting us at 917 231 4141 or info@isleepsimple.com. After 24 hours, we begin handcrafting your mattress or bedding and changes are some times possible for free or a fee depending where we are during the production process. 

Memorable customer service is important to us so always contact us and we'll see what we can do.


UPGRADES

Who doesn't love an upgrade? If you'd like to upgrade, contact us at 917 231 4141 or info@isleepsimple.com. We live for upgrades and can walk you through the process!



EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
We accept returns on new and unused bedding in their original delivered condition. Requests for exchanges or returns must be done within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at 917 231 4141 or info@isleepsimple.com.

Used bedding, washed bedding and custom pieces are ineligible for return or exchange.

For exchanges on items of lesser value than the original purchase, a credit will be issued for the difference. The credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. Alternatively, a refund can be given less a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price.
