Please note that due to the natural materials used, this pillow cannot be washed or submerged in water. Instead, spot clean only. To rejuvenate your pillow, place it in the dryer, or allow it to bask in the sun for a few hours, harnessing nature's own sanitizing power.

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@isleepsimple.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Store Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit for your full purchase price that will be valid for 1-year.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, please note there is a 25% restocking fee. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the 25% restocking fee. Please remember it can take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Free Shipping is included on all orders within the contiguous United States. We also offer Free Delivery & White Glove Service on qualifying orders within 150 miles of Brooklyn, New York.

Most soft goods such as pillows and fibers will ship within 1-2 week while larger items such as mattresses and toppers will ship within 2-4 weeks. Depending on the time of year and size of the order, these numbers can vary up to a week. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping from Brooklyn, New York depending on your location. Upon shipment, you will receive automated tracking information.
